We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our North American agent service delivery hiring initiatives. This hybrid position is ideally suited for someone based in Barrie or the surrounding area, with the ability to work onsite 2 days per week.

The ideal candidate is a proven recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience, passionate about coaching teams, leveraging data and technology, and driving process improvements in the talent space. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and coach recruiters, support hiring needs (especially support roles), and build a future-forward TA function that integrates AI and automation to deliver smarter, faster outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee the regional talent acquisition function , ensuring alignment with business growth and resource optimization.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, including job posting optimization and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor team performance against SLAs and take corrective action when needed.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, and events) to attract top talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and internal hiring standards, including background and reference checks.
  • Coach, train, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, leading by example to drive performance.
  • Champion company culture and values , supporting initiatives such as diversity hiring, career mobility, and employee referrals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, people development, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, metrics, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and automation technologies
  • Skilled in problem-solving , process optimization, and navigating ambiguity
  • Confident communicator, collaborator, and influencer across various levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with a bias for action and continuous improvement
