業務内容
Your opportunity : Functional report to Tax Director in the headquarters in Europe. You have opportunities to work with international Tax team on various international tax topics. You will lead discussion with competent tax authorities in Japan. Interaction with various business functions (not only finance but HR, Retail, IT, Legal, etc.) will give you good business understanding and help you to find potential improvement in tax compliance and tax efficiencyHow you will contribute :Your mission will be the following:- Liaise with HQ Tax to mitigate transfer price risks by transfer price adjustment, preparation of TP documents (local file) and application of APA if necessary- Correspond to Japan tax authority in coordination with HQ tax about transfer price issue- Prepare tax return (corporate tax and consumption tax) for XXX. Support Accounting Team to prepare tax return for other 7 legal entities- Support Accounting Team to prepare tax disclosure (tax proof, DTA analysis)- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and other laws, and liaising and communicating tax requirements to relevant departments, development of rules and procedures necessary to ensure such compliance, especially in case of tax law changes- Liaise with Accounting Team and handle various tax audit- Respond to the questions from business and provide advices and guideline- Report potential tax risks to HQ Tax and discuss mitigation plan- Manage tax service providers and outsourced projects in cost-effective manner- Manage activities of tax staffWho you are- At least 10 years of experience in Tax, in house or tax accountant firm (zeirishi hojin)- Experience in international tax including transfer price issue- Experience in handling various tax audits- Knowledge and experience of JGAAP and IFRS- Basic knowledge of customs law- Ability to evaluate and communicate risks from tax and business perspectives. Ability to act as partner to the business- Good organizational and analytical skills- Proactive, rigorous & responsive, open-minded- Experience in foreign owned company or work overseas
