Job Description

This role combines traditional executive support with team coordination and office assistance in a fast-paced yet professional environment.

Description

* Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and expenses for a team of 6-7 members
* Handle document filing, binding, mailing, and overall administrative upkeep
* Maintain pantry stock, office supplies, and ensure a tidy work environment
* Coordinate visitor reception and manage business card and contact records
* Support collection and organization of publicly available corporate reports (as needed)
* Use Microsoft Office 365 tools to manage day-to-day tasks and reporting
* Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in Japanese and English

Profile

* Minimum 3 years of experience in executive assistant or administrative roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional business etiquette
* Proactive and team-oriented mindset-someone who supports beyond their own scope
* Fluent Japanese and business-level English (written and spoken)
* Familiarity with Office 365 and general office software tools
