THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a talented, organized and results driven Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation. As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with the VP of Product, Business Analyst/Product Manager, CTO, and UI/UX team to translate customer needs into well-defined technical specifications and user stories. This role requires a strong technical background and understanding of B2B SaaS products and mobile applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine technical requirements aligned with customer needs and the product roadmap.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with the CTO and Engineering team to ensure clear understanding of requirements, technical feasibility, and alignment with the product vision.
  • Partner with UI/UX designers to create a frictionless user experience and ensure technical feasibility of designs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including technical specifications and workflows.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert, evaluating and selecting the right technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to define the product roadmap and drive its successful execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies and Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience writing user stories, technical specifications, and product documentation.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, cloud-based architectures, web, and mobile application technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiar with UI/UX design best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Figma platforms.
  • Residing in Ontario or Quebec, supporting Eastern Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP/CRM, logistics, or Workflow related SaaS platforms.
  • Background in Data Systems, Web, and Mobile Software Development.
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools and AI concepts.
  • A passion for sustainability and recycling, and environmental technology is a plus!
