Title: Technical Service Representative - Bilingual (French/English)

Reporting to: Technical Support Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Technical Service Representative - Bilingual to join our growing team. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the Technical Service Rep will work in the Canadian Head Office based in Toronto .

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical aesthetic devices.
• Provide first level support to customers and distributors over the phone to try and resolve the issue.
• When required, hands on repairs either at the Toronto location or at times onsite at client location.
• Stage and test systems for customer installations.
• Responsible for shipping, receiving, managing inventory as well as managing customer returns of parts and systems.
• Documentation of work in ERP and CRM systems.
• Pick, pack, and ship as well as receive consumables/marketing materials when required.
• Support the logistics representative with warehouse maintenance when required.
• Provide support after work hours on an emergency/as needed basis.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairs of technical devices; experience with providing customer service over the phone.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.
• Fluent in French & English is mandatory.
• Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Availability and flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed during peak times.
• Must travel primarily within territory with some travel within North America and International travel as required.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $75,000.00
• Benefits: Comprehensive package starting on Day 1, covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, among other benefits.
