お客様が直面されている技術的な課題や疑問を解決する役割を担う部門。チーム構成は、Sales Cloud製品を熟知するプロダクトチーム、特定の技術領域に強みを持っているサービスカットのチーム体制でお客様を成功に導く専門家です。高い技術力と迅速、丁寧、的確なサポートサービスを提供し、顧客満足度を最大化するだけではなく、チームのパフォーマンスを最大化するための支援をすることで、当社の成長に貢献することをミッションとしています。
職責には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されるものではありません。
・担当分野の製品機能における技術的専門性の確立および保持
・卓越した分析、トラブルシューティング、および問題解決
・お客様期待値および顧客体験の管理による顧客満足度の最大化
・業務に関連するトレーニングへの積極的かつ継続的な参加
・必要に応じて社内ツールやエスカレーションチームを活用しお客様の課題を効果的に調査・記録・優先度付けする能力、ならびに速度の速い環境下での効果的な時間管理能力の提示
・チーム内外のメンバーの技術力および生産性の最大化
・グローバルサポート/開発部門との連携
・プレッシャーのかかる状況下でのマルチタスクと効率的な業務遂行
・ナレッジ文書の作成と管理
必須要件:
・学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可
・文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
・インターネットテクノロジーの理解：ファイアウォール、ウェブサーバー、プロキシサーバーなど
・エンジニアリング、プログラミング、またはテクニカルサポートの実務経験
・HTMLおよびCSSの解読、実装の経験
・ウェブ、アプリケーション、データベースサーバーの役割などシステム構成の理解
・データベースの概念、データ管理（RDBMS）、SQLの経験
・クレーム対応経験、各種ステークホルダーとの調整・折衝経験
・日本語（流暢な会話および読み書き）/ 英語（読み書き必須、会話尚可）
推奨要件:
・Webアプリケーションの開発・デバッグ経験
・HTML、JavaScript、CSSなどのWeb技術に関するトラブルシューティング、原因切り分けのスキル
・ネットワークおよびデータ通信技術の理解：DNS、SSL、ファイアウォール、各種通信プロトコルの全般知識
・Salesforceおよび / またはCRMアプリケーションおよびその他のクラウドベースのテクノロジーの経験
・電子メール(サーバー/クライアント) の理解
・Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADMIN201)
・Certified Application Builder (APP BUILDER)
・Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV401)
・Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV501)
