Salary: $17.00 per hour City Cruises is seeking a Ticket Booth Agent for our operation in Sacramento. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: The successful Ticket Booth Agent will greet guests as they arrive to City Experiences and help them check-in and find their correct boarding area. A friendly and positive personality is a must, as well as a can-do attitude. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Be friendly, motivated and a team player Have an excellent customer service manner Possess keen selling skills Be able to handle cash transactions including collecting payments and issuing change Be able to type Be able to multitask Be a team player Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Additional job duties assigned Requirements & Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service. Previous experience working with reservations, retail and telephone or customer service experience. Have some cash handling experience. Excellent customer service skills Ability to effectively interact with the passengers, Riders, and fellow employees. Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Will be required to be available for work weekends and on all major holidays.
