• Assist advisors in opening new accounts and submitting them accurately through the platform.
• Facilitate the execution of buy and sell transactions, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Train advisors on setting up systematic deposits and withdrawals within the platform.
• Provide timely and detail-oriented responses to inquiries from advisors.
• Manage transactions involving both experienced and non-experienced funds, maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions effectively.
• Handle cash activity processes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process data efficiently to support financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless advisor and client experiences.
• Monitor financial systems to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Proficiency in financial services tools such as ADP and Concur.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms to manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports for generating accurate data insights.
• Strong skills in data processing and reporting.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Knowledge of cash handling and buying processes.
• Experience with systematic financial transactions and activity tracking.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing funds and account processes.
