Traffic Manager JobDescription/Responsibilities: Entravision - New England is looking for a detail-orientedperson to lead our Traffic Department. Thisis a manager's position; the main duty is to ensure that all commercials and programming areaccurately and timely logged in conformance with company procedure and FCCguidelines.
JobRequirements/Qualifications: Reconcile logs daily
Maximizerevenue yield from commercial inventory
Assist Account Executives and their clients to achieve 100% accuracy intheir copy rotation
Assurethat sales contracts have been properly authorized by the client, sales, andaccounting management, per Company procedures prior to scheduling the orders.
Communicate daily with Sales Management, Account Executives, BusinessOperations, News, and Production departments regarding anything related toTraffic.
Prepare reports as needed for Sales, Traffic, News, Production, and BusinessOperations.
Oversee and train anassistant to handle continuity and become a back -up to the Traffic Manager.
Strongcomputer skills, exceptional organizational and time management skills
Stronganalytical and problem solving skills,excellent written and verbal communication skills
Abilityto work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and ever changingenvironment
Experience with broadcast trafficsoftware is required. Knowledge of Wide Orbit preferred but not required.
English/Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
