About the Role/ The Opportunity: 

We are looking for tech savvy individual with a passion for training and driving success for Sitecore customers. You will be part of our Customer Value Realisation team and working alongside technical architects as part of the Services team in Japan.   

• You will be challenged to provide high quality, expert training in the use of Sitecore's software and related solutions. You will be presenting to business users of varying levels of technical expertise, which includes marketers, developers, and administrators, all while staying on the cutting edge of the growing fields of personalization, Experience Management, and SaaS software.
• The successful candidate will have a love of training, customer focused, have a technical background and a proven history of instruction and oratory delivery. Sitecore experience preferred, but specific technical skills can be taught. Additional required traits are listed below.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and instruct multiple Sitecore courses to Customers and Sitecore Partners
• Collaborate with other members of the Sitecore Knowledge & Learning Teams
• Contribute content to the training curriculum
• Light internal and external technical support
• Engage with customers and adoption of Sitecore products, working alongside Solution Architects and Technical Consultants
• Assist to increase Customer satisfaction and adoption (alongside technical advisory) by understanding how customers are using the platform, uncovering any gaps and ensuring they drive maximum value.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and act as the point of contact for training and services queries (pulling in technical consultants as needed)
• Create, implement and continually develop customer plans centred around their success.
• Keep customers updated on latest Sitecore technologies and roadmap
• Support renewals and customer retention
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in cross functions working on the same account
• Ability to travel, 10% or less

What You Need to Succeed:

• Strong training experience
• NET MVC and C# experience
• Docker Containers, Kubernetes, and SaaS products experience
• JavaScript coding and CSS experience
• Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions
• Sitecore or other CMS / Experience Management software knowledge
• Online marketing / personalization / SEO experience
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and website-based solutions
• Strong and effective written and oral communication skills (English desirable); demonstrated desire to continually improve on presentation skills.
• Customer focused and able to engage both technical and business stakeholder
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; solutions-oriented attitude

業務内容 

• Sitecoreのソフトウェアおよび関連ソリューションの専門的かつ高品質な製品トレーニングを提供します。製品トレーニングの受講者には、マーケター、開発者、管理者など、さまざまな技術レベルのビジネスユーザーが含まれます。パーソナライゼーション、エクスペリエンスマネジメント、SaaSソフトウェアといった最新技術の分野に常に触れながら業務を進めます。 
• 成功する候補者は、トレーニングに情熱を持ち、顧客志向であり、技術的なバックグラウンドと講師・プレゼンテーションの経験をお持ちの方です。Sitecoreの経験がある方は歓迎しますが、技術スキルは研修を通じて習得可能です。 

具体的な業務内容 

• Sitecoreの各種コースを顧客およびパートナー向けに準備・指導 
• Sitecoreのナレッジ & ラーニングチームと協力し、カリキュラムに貢献 
• 軽度な技術サポート（社内・外部向け） 
• ソリューションアーキテクトやテクニカルコンサルタントと協力しながら、顧客のSitecore導入を支援 
• 顧客がSitecoreプラットフォームを最大限活用できるよう、利用状況を分析し、課題を特定 
• 顧客との良好な関係を構築し、トレーニングやサービスに関する問い合わせ対応（必要に応じてテクニカルコンサルタントと連携） 
• 顧客の成功を中心としたプランを策定・実行・継続的に改善 
• Sitecoreの最新技術やロードマップについて顧客へ定期的に情報提供 
• 契約更新・顧客維持のサポート 
• 営業チームおよび他部署と連携し、同じアカウントに対して統一的なアプローチを実施 
• 出張可能な方（10%以下） 

応募資格 

必須スキル 

• トレーニングの実務経験 
• .NET MVC および C# の経験 
• Dockerコンテナ、Kubernetes、SaaS製品の経験 
• JavaScriptおよびCSSのコーディング経験 
• ビジネス要件を技術的なソリューションに落とし込む能力 
• Sitecoreまたは他のCMS/エクスペリエンスマネジメントソフトウェアの知識 
• オンラインマーケティング / パーソナライゼーション / SEOの知識
