Job Description

CONTRACT: Training Specialist - HR System (HCM/UKG)

Deliver virtual learning sessions & provide on-site, technical HR system training to satellite office locations throughout Western Canadian provinces (2-3 weeks of travel per month )

DURATION: 5-6 months initially (likelihood of extension for ongoing support)

START DATE: ASAP

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of industry experience that includes 2+ years of HR Training or learning and development experience

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or another applicable field

• Proficient in the delivery of both virtual & in-person learning/training sessions

• Strong familiarity with Human Capital Management solutions, either Oracle Cloud HCM or UKG Workforce Management (time and attendance)

• Experience in providing direct support to end-users during HR system launches/go-lives, serving as the first point of contact

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to facilitate in-person workshops

• Proximity to a major airport is considered an asset

LOCATION:

• Strong preference is for consultants who are already based in Western Canada
