Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trading Operations:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end trading process, including procurement, negotiations, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and recommend strategies to expand the company’s trading portfolio.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, tariffs, and other factors affecting the trade industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

1. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws and regulations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate trading documents such as invoices, contracts, and shipping records.

1. Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new customers and markets.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: (0-1 years) of experience in trading, import/export, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments (e.g., letters of credit) and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in [mention relevant software/tools, e.g., ERP systems, MS Office].
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
