Job Description

We are seeking a Box Truck Driver (G Class or Higher) who is also comfortable performing warehouse duties . The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial delivery driving, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

This role involves daily deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse support tasks such as shipping, receiving, and forklift operations when needed.

• Pay Rate : $20.25/hour
• Hours : 6 am – 2 pm
• Location : Concord,ON

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily deliveries to customer job sites and shops.
• Pick up customer returns and purchase orders from vendors.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper load securing at all times.
• Carry and maintain all required documentation (license, insurance, CVOR).
• Unload the truck upon return and assist with incoming freight.
• Support warehouse operations including order picking, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the branch manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial delivery driving experience.
• Valid G Class license with a clean driving record/abstract (pulled within the last 3 months).
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills .
• Experience using Electronic Signature Capture devices (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC products .
• Forklift certification (an asset).
• Familiarity with local routes and delivery logistics.
