Responsibilities

• Through user interviews, VOC, data analysis, competitive analysis, etc., we grasp user needs, issues, and behavior patterns, and propose the direction of UI/UX design.
• Create prototypes and validate interactions, anime, transitions, and more
• Conduct user testing using prototypes, and discover and propose design improvements
• Consistent UI design that complies with Client design guidelines and Link design components
• Stay on top of the latest design and technology trends and proactively propose innovative ideas
• Create UI design for both Japanese and English languages
• Create, proofread, and localize Japanese and English texts for use in the UI
• Work closely with PDM, engineers, and related departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicating in English
• Regularly share progress with managers and receive feedback to adjust the direction of the design
• Use Figma as your main tool to create high-quality mockups
• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Lottie as needed.

Qualification :

• More than 3 years of UI/UX design experience for websites and apps
• Experience creating designs in Figma
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• TOEIC600 or higher or equivalent English proficiency
• Communication skills in English
• Those who have a strong desire for self-development, have strong self-control, and are willing to spare no effort in the pursuit of constant growth
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.
• Design experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Lottie

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
