Who We're Looking For:
We’re searching for a dedicated, professional, and vibrant educator who is eager to inspire and empower children in their learning journey.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree
✔ BC Teaching Certificate or BC Independent Teaching Certificate
✔ Elementary Montessori Training
✔ and/or Experience in an Elementary Montessori classroom
✔ Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and implementation
✔ Familiarity with the BC Curriculum
✔ Excellent classroom management skills
✔ Ability to collaborate in a team of passionate Montessori educators
