The Role

We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our design team and help uncover actionable insights that shape the future of our digital tools. You’ll be the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our products are intuitive, valuable, and delightful to use.

What You’ll Do

Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and user pain points
Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
Advocate for the user while balancing business goals
Support and refine our research operations and documentation processes
Help foster a culture of research and empathy across teams

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of UX research experience (ideally within SaaS or tech startups)
Proficiency in mixed-method research: usability testing, interviews, surveys, analytics, etc.
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Experience working closely with design and product teams
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Bonus: familiarity with healthcare, dental, or clinical workflows
