・各種リサーチの設計、実行、分析及び関連部署へのインプット
・組織を横断したリサーチプロジェクトのリード
・リサーチオペレーションの効率化/高度化
・リサーチナレッジの社内浸透 ■具体的な業務例
・リサーチ課題の特定
・課題に対する調査設計
・調査票及びインタビューフローの作成
・DBからリサーチ対象者の抽出
・アンケート画面構築（Questant）
・集計（QuickCross）
・インタビュアーとしてインタビューを実施
・報告書作成（示唆出し、改善提案含む）
・示唆/改善案の該当部署への課題連携及び伴走 ※業務の変更の範囲：会社の定めるすべての業務（在籍出向を含む）
【必須の経験・スキル・資格】
（事業会社でのご経験をお持ちの方）
・ユーザーアンケート及びインタビューに関して一連の経験があるまたは業務知識を持ち合わせている
・外部のリサーチ会社をコントロールしながら業務を遂行した経験
・ユーザーリサーチを起点にした改善案の提起・実行の経験

月額333,400円〜583,400円+各種手当の金額です。 ※79,400円〜138,900円の業務手当を含む。 所定外労働 10.5 時間+時間外労働 30 時間に相当10:00-18:30
フレックスタイム制度適用（コアタイム有） （フレキシブルタイム 7：00〜22：00 / コアタイム 11：00〜15：00）
