What Will You Do?- Craft and implement a multi‑year sales strategy to expand market share in North America, South America, and Europe.
- Build, coach, and scale a high‑performance sales organization (direct & rep/distributor models).
- Cultivate C‑suite relationships with major foodservice, QSR, and contract‑packing customers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally—marketing, operations, R&D—to align product innovation with customer needs.
- Establish KPIs, forecasting discipline, and CRM best practices to ensure predictable, profitable growth.
- Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and sustainability forums.
What Do You Bring?- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership—at least five at the senior/executive level—within foodservice packaging or closely related CPG/foodservice sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling revenues across multiple regions or continents.
- Deep network with national restaurant chains, distributors, and contract manufacturers.
- Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen—able to build business cases and manage P&L.
- Inspirational leader who develops talent and fosters inclusive, high‑performance cultures.
- Willingness to travel globally
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
