Gridiron IT is in search of a creatively skilled
Video Producer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is versatile in several different areas of production and post-production, from videography and lighting to producing and scripting to editing high-end video productions. Sometimes you'll work with other creative professionals as part of a larger project, but often you'll work individually on productions that range from one day to several months. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail and meeting deadlines are expectations for this position, as are maintaining effective and direct communication skills with customers, coworkers and senior leadership. Whatever the project, you'll be expected to help create the necessary elements that tell stories and communicate messages effectively.
Responsibilities - Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop or similar video production programs
- Scriptwriting for television/video production
- Videography
Qualifications - Must be a U.S. citizen
- A minimum of five years of video production work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with multi-track video and audio editing
- Basic animation program skills, such as animating text, using speed ramps, creating and modifying transitions, animating 3D cameras, lighting techniques and other similar skills
- The ability to light and record an interview with a video camera/DSLR
- Regular practice in prepping for, managing and conducting field and studio interviews
- Demonstrated experience in scriptwriting for video production
- An eye for modern production trends and practices
- Active TS/SCI/CI Poly security clearance
These Qualifications Have be Nice to Have: - Photography/photo editing experience
- A Part 107 drone remote pilot's license
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Requires TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $40-50/hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
