The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking experienced professionals to serve as volunteer mentors in our Mentorship for Ukraine Program . As a mentor, you will provide valuable career support, helping Ukrainian professionals regain confidence and take meaningful steps toward employment.

What Mentors Do:

• Support mentees in resume writing, interview preparation, and job applications .
