Job Description

Job Duties

• Operate the client’s WMS system for tracking and managing inventory of production and finished products.
• Perform cycle counting.
• Manage and create shipping documents.
• Track shipments and coordinate with carriers and truckers.
• Report daily operational activities to the logistics manager.
• Manage workers.
• Handle office administration tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and organization.
• Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms
• Strong prioritization skills to manage conflicting demands
• High level of integrity and an excellent work ethic
• Availability to work the night shift (9 PM to 7 AM, with a 1-hour break)
