Job Description

Our client a well-known distribution warehouse located in London is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations and a small but mighty team. 

What we offer: 

• $60,000-70,000 per annum. 
• 100% company paid benefits. 
• 3 weeks’ vacation and 5 personal days.
• Company bonuses based on profits.

What you’ll be Doing:

• Managing layout efficiencies for easier distribution of goods and inventory control
• Receiving, shipping, stock replenishment, recharge, damaged goods and scrap. 
• Tracking KPI’s for reporting purposes. 
• Processing paperwork to stay in compliance with legislative requirements. 
• Creating quotes, orders and facilitate deliveries for customers are managed in adherence to company standards.   
• Customer contact and relationship building, keeping clients updated with orders, backorders, delivery schedules. 
• Manage a small team insuring they have all the tools required to perform all responsibilities. 
• Provide coaching in a professional and empathetic manner, identifying strengths and addressing gaps in training to maximize performance. ment to team members. 
• Schedule and distribute work using company guidelines, keeping people accountable and productive. Conducting effective performance evaluations. 
• Participate in recruitment & selection, training, planning and problem resolution with upper management. 
• Create a safe and healthy work environment working with principles of company HR practices.

Who you are:

• Post-Secondary Education in logistics, management an asset. 
• Three to six years related experience preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting. 
• Knowledge of logistics, MS Suite , inventory systems and exceptional customer service.  
• Valid Driver’s License required.
