I. Broad Function

Support the Group's Vision "First in Mind and First in Choice" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization. Promote and implement the core Atlas Copco values of Interaction, innovation & commitment. Establish the safe, efficient, accurate and timely warehousing and logistic system.

II. Principal Responsibilities

Safety First ( 安全第一 )

本体及び部品の在庫管理及び入出荷業務

Inventory control and receiving/shipping of machines and parts

国内配送管理

Domestic delivery management

倉庫内清掃保守

Warehouse cleaning and maintenance

施設管理担当業務

Facility Management Services

外部倉庫管理

External warehouse management

緊急事態発生等イレギュラー事項への対応策準備及び実施

Preparation and implementation of measures to deal with emergency situations and other irregularities

問題発生時、原因の特定及び今後の対策または再発防止策の提案

Identify the cause of problems occurred and propose future countermeasures or measures to prevent recurrence.

コスト削減努力の継続と提案

Continued cost reduction efforts and suggestions

返品部品処理

Returned parts handling

本体及び部品のクレーム処理（入荷ダメージ、欠品、間違い等）

Handling of claims for machines and parts (Damage, missing parts, wrong delivery, etc.)

倉庫業務に関わる SAP 他 PC システム操作

SAP and other PC system operations related to warehousing

倉庫運輸業務に関わる請求書処理業務

Invoice processing services related warehousing and transportation

在庫補充発注

Stock replenishment ordering

IV. Qualification Requirements

Educational Requirements

専門学校・大学卒業レベル又は同等なレベルであること

Vocational school or university graduation level, or equivalent educational background

E xperience Requirements (preferred)

物流業務

L ogistical operations

倉庫業務

Warehouse operations

フォークリフト操作

Folklift operations

床上操作式クレーン運転

Floor-operated crane operation

玉掛け作業

Slinging

Knowledge

-PC （メール、 MS Office ： Excel, Word ）操作

Basic operation of PC & MS Office (Excel, Word)

-SAP 操作経験尚可

Experience in SAP system will be an added advantage

- 簡単な英文の読解・作成・コミュニケーション

Basic knowledge or prepared to learn of English in reading, writing and speaking

- 物流知識

Logistical knowledge
