Job Summary

Beautifi is seeking a Web Developer to support the development of our Wordpress website, application system, partner portal, and other integrations. This role will collaborate closely with our Product and Technology team and Salesforce development team to optimize our customer-facing website, improve our application flow, and create a premier experience through our personalized partner portal, in addition to supporting development required to enable new business opportunities. This position requires a strong development background, specifically in Wordpress and PHP, plus the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels. Experience with product teams and managing business requirements would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Develop and maintain a custom WordPress website using Oxygen Builder, PHP, CSS, Javascript, and REST APIs
• Implement custom themes systems, plugins, and integrations with 3rd party APIs
• Develop and maintain a Javascript Application written in Next.js
• Build responsive UI components with React.js, and TailwindCSS
• Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance functionality
• Manage version control and deployments with Git

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional experience:
• Professional development experience with WordPress, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.js; experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Experience working with REST APIs to connect WordPress with external applications.
• Experience with product teams and managing business requirements would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A proven self-starter that thrives in a start-up environment with minimal structure
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Hybrid position based in Vancouver; must be willing to work in a Hybrid environment

Location

This is a Hybrid  role. Applicants will be based out of our North Vancouver/Downtown Vancouver office.

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
• Bonus Target: 10% of base salary
