As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the organization's websites and web applications. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the digital platforms are user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in web development are a bonus.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Experience in developing and implementing web solutions that meet business requirements.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required:

• 3-5+ years of experience in web development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality websites.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in the not-for-profit sector or with healthcare-related projects.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
