Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? A well-respected and fast-paced financial services firm in Surrey is looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft well-written, professional emails and letters to clients and partners
  • Maintain a consistent and organized administrative workload
  • Manage documentation, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently for day-to-day tasks
  • Support senior team members with various administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is an asset
