Appointment Setter
WRC. (Remote)| Full-Time/Part-Time
$16 - $28/Hour

We are looking for an Appointment Setter who will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and providing relevant information regarding our services. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure an excellent client experience from the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or other communication platforms to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to ensure they meet the criteria for setting an appointment.
Use scripts and sales strategies to engage clients and book appointments effectively.
Set appointments for clients based on their availability and the team's schedule.
Manage and update the appointment calendar, ensuring that all meetings are properly scheduled, confirmed, and tracked.
Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, appointment details, and follow-up activities in the CRM or appointment-setting software.
Provide timely updates to the sales or service teams on the status of appointments and lead progression.
Provide customers with information about services, appointment details, and next steps.
Address any concerns or questions clients may have during the scheduling process.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed.
Ensure seamless communication between the client, appointment setter, and the team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to make cold calls and engage with clients confidently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls/emails while maintaining accuracy.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on tasks.
Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic with a strong customer service mindset.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
