・職務内容：
①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入／実施を促進するため、ヘッドコーチをサポートしてビジネスを加速させる。
②ヘッドコーチの補佐として、様々なファンクション（販売、ヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング、トレーニング、オペレーション、シッピングアンドレシービングなど）を管理する。
③スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務のみならず、中長期的な視点で注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。
④Nikeが定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。
⑤優れた戦略的な計画の立案及び実行をする。
⑥本部の関係部署と連動して店舗およびスタッフの管理維持を行う。
