What’s In It for You? * Competitive Pay – Because great talent deserves great compensation * Health Insurance – Your well-being matters to us * Paid Time Off (PTO) – Work-life balance is key * 401(K) Plan – Invest in your future What You’ll Be Doing: * Guiding Customers – Walk customers through financing options, explaining terms and interest rates in a clear, easy-to-understand way * Ensuring Accuracy – Prepare and review finance contracts, making sure everything is correct and compliant * Upselling Protection Plans – Promote extended vehicle service contracts, protection plans, and other valuable add-ons * Team Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to streamline financing and meet customer needs * Negotiating with Lenders – Secure the best financing terms for our customers * Conducting Credit Assessments – Determine eligibility for financing based on thorough credit evaluations * Other Duties as Assigned – Because every day brings something new! What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager * Solid understanding of finance and lease documentation * Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills – you know how to close deals! * Proficiency in automotive finance software and systems * In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and credit analysis * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment * Must pass pre-employment background screenings * Certified Notary Public is a must!
