Anticipated End Date: 2025-03-28 Position Title: Learning Experience Designer II Job Description: The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools. Location: This position will work a hybrid model (in the office 1-2 days a week) and the ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health Pulse Point locations listed on this requisition. How you will make an impact: Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes. Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions. Collaborates with technology consultants, technologists, and other project manager team members on the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions. Uses all approved processes, tools, and templates to standard for development and reporting. Actively maintains all content. Participates in the quality review process. Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill. Minimum Requirements: Requires BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 2 years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities: Preferred experience in instructional design, editing, and graphic design, along with project management in a call center or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, and adult learning principles are strongly preferred.
