What You Can Expect:

• Consultative Sales Approach: Use your passion for helping people to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work between 9 AM - 9 PM, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay adaptable and open to change as technology evolves and customer needs shift.
• Experience Matters: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but don’t worry—if you’re new to sales, we’ll provide the training and coaching you need to succeed!

Compensation: Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.44 - $24.95 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions when sales goals are met. Top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually with our uncapped commission structure. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, and education.
