Annual Salary: 8Million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

Software quality checks, assessments, and business improvement support

• Checking that the project deliverables meet the planned quality (quality gate check) [25%]
• Checking whether the project is adhering to and advancing the software development business processes that should be implemented (Process QA check) [25%]
• Preparation of quality certification based on the results of quality gate checks and process QA checks [20%]
• Participate in design reviews [10%]

The following will be available upon completion of our in-house training:

• Functional safety audits, assessments, and FSA report preparation based on the international standard for automotive functional safety (ISO26262) [10%]
• Security audits, assessments, and SA report creation based on international cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE21434, IEC62443) [10%]

Job Qualifications:

• Possess basic and common sense business manners
• Can use MS Office
• Ability to independently manage basic business operations based on work experience in a company
• Multiple experiences in embedded software development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software development management using software development standards and models such as CMMI and A-SPICE
• Experience in software quality checks using software development standards and models such as CMMI and A-SPICE
• Knowledge of software development processes and international standards (PMBOK/CMMI/A-SPICE/ISO26262/IEC62443/ISO21434/ISO/SAE21434, etc.)
• Prefers "communication through conversation" with business partners

Language Skill: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business english level.
