ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and provide solutions that align with their insurance requirements, ensuring continued satisfaction.
Complaint Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, providing swift solutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain customers, minimizing policy cancellations and enhancing long-term client relationships.
Policy Modifications: Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and updates, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied with their coverage options.
Relationship Management: Foster relationships with clients to ensure continued trust and loyalty to Medallion Insurance Company.
Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and improved client satisfaction.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer accounts and retention data for informed decision-making.
Licensing: Active Arizona insurance license is highly desirable.
Allstate experience preferred but not required.
Fluent in Spanish and English required
