What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage 20–25 active requisitions across North America (and occasionally Europe), including intake meetings, posting jobs, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and managing offers.
  • Bilingual Recruitment Support : Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders under the GWAM portfolio, providing support in both English and French.
  • Candidate Engagement : Provide a white-glove experience from initial contact through onboarding. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Interview & Offer Coordination : Schedule interviews, gather feedback, extend offers, and initiate onboarding processes.

What You Bring to the Team

Required Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the financial or insurance sector.
  • Strong experience sourcing talent through alternative channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Proven consultative skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, speaking) to support teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is a strong asset.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments.
  • A team player who values collaboration and open communication.
