Job Description

About the company

Openprovider is an ICANN-accredited domain registrar and technology company founded in 2004 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We are a fully-remote organisation with more than 100 team members spread across 20+ countries. Remote working means no office, no painful commuting, and no stressful traffic - all you need is yourself, a laptop, and a cup of coffee!

A diverse and inclusive organisation, we support a healthy work/life balance and are constantly looking for new ways to help the well-being of our people. We support a flexible schedule and are 100% performance and result-oriented. At Openprovider, we're not just a company; we're a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming the domain industry. We believe in providing a trusted digital identity to every business.

Our innovative approach is reshaping the industry from a traditional transactional model to a more customer-centric, subscription-based approach. We pay subscriptions for music, newspapers, and movies - why should domains be any different?

Come join us on our journey to create a trusted digital world.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Webmaster to take ownership of the web presence across two B2B brands and the customer control panel of our SaaS platform. You’ll be responsible for managing and evolving our websites, Openprovider and Procys to ensure they're delivering exceptional user experiences that convert. This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of marketing, design, development, and growth - ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and loves to execute the strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage websites across multiple platforms: WordPress, Webflow, and a Headless CMS (integrated with Vercel).

  • Maintain and optimize SaaS control panels UI/UX in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

  • Ensure performance, uptime, and security of all web properties.

  • Manage and optimize WordPress themes and plugins, including performance and SEO-focused configurations.

  • Implement and maintain GA4 tracking (including custom setups for legacy environments) to support full-funnel marketing attribution.

  • Monitor and optimize technical SEO using Semrush and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a strong B2B user experience and consistent brand presentation.

  • Support A/B testing, personalization efforts, and conversion optimization initiatives.

  • Monitor website analytics and reporting and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Maintain documentation and processes for web management.

What you bring

  • Vision on e-commerce B2B and able to execute with hands-on mentality

    • Agile leadership style

    • Self-starter attitude with strong project management and prioritization skills.

    • 8+ years of experience managing websites in a multi-brand or multi-platform environment.

    • Expertise in WordPress (themes, plugins, performance tuning), Webflow, and Headless CMS frameworks.

    • Comfortable working with deployment platforms like Vercel.

  • Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices and tools like Semrush.

  • Proven ability to set up and manage complex GA4 configurations (with legacy systems or third-party integrations).

  • A keen eye for design and detail, with a strong sense of UX for B2B audiences.

  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with customer portals or admin dashboards in a SaaS context.

  • Knowledge of CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies and a curiosity to explore and apply AI to improve customer experience, personalization, automation, and site functionality.

Nice to have

Experience in the domain industry (registrars, resellers, DNS, or hosting platforms).

What we offer

  • 100% remote work (you can work from any location, no need to go to the office);

  • Paid time off and sick leave;

  • An international team and regular online and offline events to stay connected.

  • Internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions;

  • Quarterly review and annual salary review;

  • Flexible working hours (we don`t have time trackers, we are a result-oriented company);

  • Budget for learning;

  • We are an ISO 27001-certified remote workplace.

Openprovider is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
