Description
As a Business Development Manager in the Land (onshore and coastal) Survey team, you will:
* Analyze the domestic market, identify potential customers, assess competitors, and explore strategic partnerships
* Develop plans to introduce the company's SEP vessels and ground survey services to the Japanese market
* Conduct customer visits to introduce technology and gather client needs
* Create and support proposal development based on customer requirements
* Share progress updates and market insights internally to align the business development strategy
Profile
A successful Business Development candidate should have:
* A university degree or higher
* Sales experience in the ground survey industry in Japan
* Hands-on experience with land or coastal ground survey work
* Knowledge of ground survey standards such as JGS and JIS
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Preferably, experience dealing with government clients, bidding, and contract negotiations
