【業務内容】
・プロジェクトの承認（Signoff）とUAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）のフォローアップを行い、プロジェクトの納期を確保する。
・業務に関するアドバイスを提供し、商品が効率的に決済されるように商品設計にアドバイスを行う。
・チームの効率化のための提案を行う。
・チームの役割の境界線にあるような例外のシナリオを処理し、プロセスの安定性を確保する。
・業務ルールを整理し、SOPを確立・最適化する。
・自分の習得した知識や経験をチームメンバーに効率的に共有する。
・他チームとのSOP推進を行い、スムーズなワークフローを確保する。
・中国チームとのコミュニケーションをサポートし、システム関連の問題を調整する。
・データを活用して、客観的な判断を行うようにする。
・規制やコンプライアンスの重要性を理解して、それらの知識を取得して、倫理的に行動する。
Requirements
【必須（MUST）】
・金融業界での経験があり、証券業務のプロセスを深く理解する意欲が高いこと。
・中国語もしくは英語と、日本語に堪能であること。
・プロジェクトマネジメントのスキルがあること。
・複雑な業務シナリオを処理し、SOPを推進する能力があること。

・ITバックグラウンドがある場合は優遇。
