Overview

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can translate vision into systems, ideas into strategy, and motion into meaningful momentum. You’ll serve as a key thought partner to the CEO and a central node for team alignment, execution, and internal flow with the executive team, core/departments leaders, and the scribes. You will ensure clarity, and follow-through across every initiative.

This is a front-row seat to the creation of an ecosystem —a company where storytelling meets technology, and infrastructure is as much cultural as it is operational. Everything—operations, communications, partnerships, investor strategy, and organizational growth. The impact is company-wide.

You’ll serve as the integrator between departments, the anchor in high-velocity decision-making, and the translator between vision and execution. You’ll be the one connecting dots across functions, ensuring the machine runs and the mission scales.

What You’ll Own

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO , helping prioritize, synthesize, and drive key initiatives forward
• Lead and optimize internal communication, leadership cadence, and cross-functional decision flow
• Architect and oversee project management frameworks , execution systems, and timelines across teams
• Coordinate and align across Product, Legal, Studios, HR, Tech, and Content to track progress and unblock friction
• Proactively surface blind spots, flag execution risks , and ensure goals stay aligned with strategy
• Manage strategic workflows across fundraising, investor relations, recruitment, and major partnerships
• Represent the CEO and senior leadership in high-trust internal syncs and strategic collaborations
• Turn ambiguity into action— translating vision into tangible results with clarity and precision

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, or executive program management (bonus for startup, media, or creative sectors)
• Proven success operating in high-growth, high-complexity, high-ambiguity environments
• Experience working closely with a founder or CEO , especially in creative or mission-driven companies
• Exceptional communicator with strong analytical instincts, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness
• Demonstrates extreme ownership—can execute independently, escalate smartly, and adapt rapidly
• Deeply comfortable with asynchronous work across time zones, with the ability to sync with clarity when it matters most
• Bonus points for backgrounds in creative industries, innovation studios, legal ops, or product design environments
