The Position

【English Version】

Responsibilities
-Assist GM and management team(Enabling Team:ET) members by efficiently managing executive meetings (ETM) conducted in Japanese and English(facilitation and taking minutes), as well as other assigned tasks.
-Support strategic alliances and cooperation between Global/APAC and Japan Affiliate.
-Working with key stakeholders to support the organization-wide strategic planning process, translate ETs' strategies and business goals into actionable outputs, manage priorities, status tracking and backlogs.
-Ohers. Plan and develop initiatives to promote communication and collaboration among ETs and all of the internal departments.

Requirements
- Life science background ( educational or working background)
- Language skills ( Japanese-English bilingual: comfortable working in both languages without stress)
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, project management leadership
- Experience in handling sensitive information (at least 1 year).

- 3+ years of work experience in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals
- Consulting firm experience
- Overseas work experience

職務内容
・当社の社長と経営(Enabling Team：ET)メンバーの補佐役として、日英で行われる経営会議(ETM)の効率的な運営（進行役、議事録策定）など、特命事項を担当。
・Global/APACと日本Affiliate間の戦略連携、提携を支援。
・主要なステークホルダーと連携、組織全体の戦略立案プロセスをサポート、ETが定めた戦略やビジネスゴールを実行可能な成果物に変換し、優先順位や進捗とバックログの管理を行います。
・その他、ETメンバーや社内各部の協働とコミュニケーション促進ためのプランを企画・立案します。

応募要件
- ライフサイエンスバックグラウンド（学歴背景または就業背景）
- 言語能力（日英バイリンガル：両言語ともストレス無しで対応可能）
- コミュニケーション能力、戦略的思考力、プロジェクト管理リーダーシップ
- 機密性の高い情報を扱った経験(1年以上)

＜以下は必須ではないが望ましい＞
- 診断薬・医薬品で3年以上の就業経験
- コンサルティング企業での経験
- 海外勤務経験
