A leading cybersecurity company providing advanced security solutions to protect organizations from evolving digital threats across cloud, network, and endpoint environments.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Cloud Security Solutions Architect as a dedicated technical advisor, to work closely with customers, increasing adoption and implementation of cloud security solutions, supporting the broader sales strategy.

• Drive cloud security initiatives and support sales engagements in Japan;
  
• Present and position the benefits of a cloud security platform to client stakeholders;
  
• Lead and support customer demonstrations in the sales lifecycle to showcase the products’ value;
  
• Support the adoption and deployment of the cloud security platform across customer environments;
  
• Act as a technical voice in security and compliance discussions, covering both on-premises and public cloud deployments;
  
• Conduct Proof-of-Value (POV) exercises to demonstrate how the platform meets customer security requirements;
  
• Develop or modify scripts and automation tools as needed;
  
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product management, technical marketing, and R&D teams to help shape future product developments;
  
• Build and strengthen relationships with partners, playing a key role in engaging with customers.
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in a technical discipline, and relevant certifications in network and cloud security would be an advantage;
  
• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Solutions Architect in a relevant field;
  
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools;
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices;
  
• Strong knowledge of public cloud environments and containerization technologies;
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences;
  
• Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate with clients in the Japan market and business-level English proficiency;
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset.

• This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.
