JOB DESCRIPTION – Content Creator/Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Position Overview:  The Content Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in crafting and delivering compelling content across various platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in video production, graphic design, and written communication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using design software such as Figma, Canva, and leveraging Ai to produce high-quality content that aligns with i3 International’s brand voice and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop and produce a wide range of content, including one-pagers, social media posts, case studies, webinars, podcasts, various digital ads, backdrop designs, long and short-form videos, blogs, press releases, and more.
• Create engaging visual and written content that resonates with target audiences and supports various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.

Graphic Design & Video Production:

• Utilize design tools such as Figma and Canva to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• Shoot, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and webinars, ensuring content is professional and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Design and manage multimedia content to enhance brand presence on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Content Strategy & Distribution:

• Develop content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Work closely with the Events & Data Coordinator, Channel Marketing Associate, and Sales Team to create content that supports event promotion, sales initiatives, and channel marketing activities.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure effective distribution across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and the company website.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure content aligns with company goals and customer needs.
• Maintain open communication with team members to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of content.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and digital design.
• Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the team, including events and campaign coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, and/or video production.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization is a plus.

Compensation : $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
