Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and portion control
• Maintain consistency in flavors and minimize waste

Kitchen Operations

• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely

Food Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
• Properly store and label ingredients to prevent contamination
• Ensure proper handling of perishable items

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
• Communicate effectively to improve efficiency and service quality

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, Night)
• Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Who We Are Looking For

For Candidates Inside Canada:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant kitchen

For Candidates Outside Canada:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook
• Fluent in French and English (Francophone candidates preferred)

General Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• English language proficiency ( CLB 6 minimum )
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
