We are looking for a talented Copywriter to help craft, clear, engaging, and user-friendly content across our brands.

About the Role

As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping and developing brand messaging and landing pages. You’ll collaborate with our team of designers to create clear and concise copy that enhances digital experiences for our growing number of clients. You’ll ensure that copy is polished and error-free while improving usability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for digital products, including UI text, microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, project managers, and clients to craft language that enhances usability and user experience.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and voice across all digital platforms, following brand guidelines.
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to UX writing best practices.
• Iterate on copy based on user testing, analytics, and feedback.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of copy within digital products.
• Assist with content strategy, including content audits and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian resident
• 3-5 years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, content design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and digital product development.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, user-friendly language.
• Experience working with design and product teams in a face-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and how they inform content decisions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and using data to refine copy
• Knowledge of content management systems and design tools like Figma is a plus
• Experience working with government, and non-for profit a bonus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for apps, websites, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and using data to refine copy.
• Understanding of SEO and content strategy principles.
