Job Description

Will join the Corporate Access team at the leading global financial institution based in the US. This position is mainly responsible for coordinating events, organizing investor schedules and collaborating with internally/externally.

Description

* Coordinate and execute high-quality Corporate Access events (both virtual and in-person)
* Handle logistics, including transportation, venue booking, catering and presentation material preparation
* Organize investor schedules in collaboration with sales/clients
* Maintain and update events in internal system
* Liaise with external vendors as needed

* コーポレートアクセスイベント（オンライン・対面）を企画・実行
* 交通手配、会場予約、ケータリング、プレゼン資料準備
* 営業やクライアントと連携し、投資家のスケジュールを調整・管理
* 社内システムでイベント情報を更新・管理
* 必要に応じて外部ベンダーと連携

Profile

* Corporate Access experience
* JSDA 1 license
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Fluency in Japanese and English (role involves coordination with regional teams and vendors)

* JSDA(証券外務員)一種
* 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、厳しい締切を守る能力
* MS Officeの高いスキル
* 日本語および英語に流暢 (地域チームやベンダーとの調整業務あり)
