Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Country Sales Manager for a Global PC & Peripheral Company tasked with leading, expanding, and driving sales efforts in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, and building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Description

* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals in Japan.
* Lead and support the sales and marketing teams through coaching, motivation, and performance management.
* Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
* Manage relationships with distributors and key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to align efforts with company objectives.

Profile

* The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth within the tech, gaming, or consumer electronics industry.
* They must be fluent in English across all forms-spoken, written, reading, and listening-to operate effectively in a global environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for guiding and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are needed to build lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
* The candidate should also have a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
