The Role

• Define and execute a scalable tech roadmap
• Adopt modern stacks to improve performance, developer experience, and hiring ease
• Build and lead a high-performing global engineering team
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, agility, and business-minded development.
• Standardize governance, communication, and development practices.
• Use AI/LLMs to automate development, testing, and operations workflows.
• Ensure availability, security, and scalability of platforms.
• Communicate technical vision and progress to stakeholders, including post-IPO investors.

Your Skills

• Led successful transitions from monolithic systems to microservices to improve team agility and system reliability.
• Expert in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and secure DevOps practices.
• Experienced in managing and scaling global engineering teams, including offshore models.
• Hands-on experience with integrating tech teams after acquisitions.
• Skilled in using AI tools to boost developer productivity and streamline operations.
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection for enterprise SaaS.
• Aligns tech work with business goals, promoting ownership and accountability.
• Strong communicator with experience working with executives, boards, and investors.
• Data-driven leader who defines and tracks key tech performance metrics.
