Job Description :

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-driven decisions within our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that will influence business strategies. This is a fully remote role open to applicants located in Canada.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data analysis solutions.
• Conduct statistical analysis and assist in predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with business units to help define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations in Canada (PIPEDA) and experience working with data compliance.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with cloud-based data tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling.
