Job Description

Our client is seeking an in-house Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute their company-wide digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, building, and implementing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media to drive brand awareness and engagement about the brand story, products, promotions, and services.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and hands-on in their approach. With a strong sense of curiosity and expertise. They stay ahead of the latest trends, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies to enhance and elevate the marketing function. A collaborative mindset and a passion for strategic, data-driven marketing are essential to success in this role.

Note this is an in-office position situated in NW Edmonton.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategy for the organization.
  • Responsible for planning, building, and implementing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Use organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about our story, brand, products, promotions, and services.
  • Perform ad copywriting and content creation to support online marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic tools like Adobe Illustrator to develop assets for display advertising, email marketing campaigns, social media, or infographic marketing.
  • Ability to build out landing pages and update content on the website.
  • Understanding of CMS systems and ability to perform technical website optimization.
  • Use data analytic software tools like Google Analytics to understand how web traffic is being generated and identify opportunities to advance business goals (i.e., increasing conversions or brand awareness).
  • Use visual design skills in combination with conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve the performance of landing pages and drive conversions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate the results of your work.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and show a positive return on investment from digital channels.
  • Responsible for meeting specific KPI targets, such as total conversions, total leads generated, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, Business, or other.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a Digital Marketing role with a strong background in strategy development and execution.
  • Experience working within the construction industry is a strong asset.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Proficiency in ad copywriting, content creation, and graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator for digital campaigns; Graphic design experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in website management, including CMS platforms, landing page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Skilled in data analytics and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve landing page performance and increase conversions.
  • Experience in forecasting and budget management.
  • Desire to stay up to date on the latest AI trends in Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign outcomes, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and demonstrate ROI from digital channels.
