Job Description

Reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Department. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute to the daily management of digital media paid social campaigns for some of our main clients, focusing on revenue and account growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop paid social media strategies to meet the goals of the client.
• Implement paid campaigns on different social networks—LINE, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, for instance.
• Optimise campaigns by measuring their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Produce client-facing reports, studies and presentations.
• Lead meetings with the client to present campaign insights.
• Work with directors and heads of other departments to support the smooth implementation of work.
• Provide Social Media training to our teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of English and Japanese.
• Over 2 years of experience activating and optimising paid campaigns in either LINE, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn Ads.
• You can maintain complex spreadsheets, in Excel for example, and can process large amounts of data.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
• You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
