What we’re looking for:

As a Digital Media Specialist on our growing Media team, you will be highly technical + savvy across all digital platforms and technologies with core competencies in Meta and the Google suite of properties. You'll be responsible for planning and optimizing digital campaigns to ensure our campaigns meet client objectives. You'll have a strong proficiency in Meta & the Google Ads suite and a successful track record in running lead generation campaigns.

As part of our Media team, you will work with media client leads, data analytics, digital execution, and account teams across our agency. You will provide strategic recommendations and optimizations for client success, utilizing your deep platform knowledge for accurate decision-making.

As a highly organized, proactive, and analytical individual, you will own the optimization of campaign delivery in partnership with our execution team. With data being at the root of everything we do in Media, you must be able to analyze complex data sets from various sources, and develop one comprehensive story about campaign performance and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and manage successful digital campaigns. Proficient in Google with experience across various social and digital programmatic platforms an asset
  • Determine the best digital media solutions for each client’s specific business challenges through ongoing investigation of new and emerging technology and digital offerings
  • Utilize strategic thinking to enhance in-platform performance
  • Ensure effective reporting and communication of all technical elements in digital plans/strategies to clients, maintaining a proactive approach with solutions and plans.
  • Understanding of Pixel tracking and Google Tag Manager
  • Conduct regular campaign audits to ensure we’re meeting key deliverables, proactively adjusting for alignment with client goals
  • Optimize social platforms & tools for efficient campaign delivery and workflow improvement
  • Support in the development of analytics reports for key partners and provide optimization recommendations in partnership with data analytics team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Client Service team, Media team and Creative teams for alignment, including mentoring junior staff
  • Collaborate with clients from time to time as a trusted channel specialist to accomplish their goals throughout campaigns
  • Continuously test/ troubleshoot and implement best Google Ad and digital practices including staying updated on platform trends and developments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years managing multiple google ads accounts in-platform.
  • Relevant tool/platform certifications up to date with changing requirements.
  • Experience in D2C / PPC e commerce and lead generation marketing ( across all campaign types)
  • Comfortable in all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Experience in Comscore and Looker Studio
  • Solid knowledge of conversion setup, attribution, and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and Conversion APIs)
  • Excellent presentation/deck development + creative writing skills
  • Able to mentor junior team members as needed
  • Stays calm under pressure and proactively manages up for effective problem solving
  • Strong negotiator using strategic thinking
  • Expert level research skills
  • Great time management skills with a strong proactive approach
